Understanding Mass Gathering Permits

Boise County -- A mass gathering permit is needed when you have 150 or more people coming into an area for any event or reason, except for already established places. The permit process may take a bit of time as it is used to show other agencies in the county such as law enforcement, emergency services that a large gathering will be taking place somewhere in the county. These permits are usually not denied but need to go through a process of a review committee.
