Intense Spring Runoff Threatens Homes & Motorists

Mores Creek has been flowing at above flood stage, inundating homes and property with excess water.
A large boulder in the southbound lane of Hwy 21, mile marker 27, which ITD later cleared.
Sheriff Jim Kaczmarek and Camille Wassom, with the Robie Creek Volunteer Fire Dept., kept close tabs on the flooding and threat of debris (aka - trees) from taking out Hummingbird Lane's access bridge.
A park along Robie Creek Road was entirely underwater on Monday, March 20th. A Declaration of Emergency has not been issued by the Commissioners, as of March 21st.
